Refund policy

At Naturally Yours Hair Extensions, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict refund policy.

• Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
• Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• The bundle band must remain intact and not be broken.
• Any hair that has been opened, worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered in any way is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund.

   

  We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

  If your return is approved, instructions will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
