How long does shipping take?
Orders require 1–10 business days for processing and shipping. Weekend orders will begin processing the following Monday.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we accept refunds within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Hair must be unused and unaltered
The bundle band must remain intact
Any hair that has been opened, worn, installed, or altered in any way is final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. All orders are final once placed.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Naturally Yours Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Can I dye, bleach, or style the hair?
Yes! Our hair can be styled, curled, straightened, and customized.
For best results, we recommend having a professional stylist handle any coloring or chemical processing.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last 2 years or longer.
How do I care for my bundles?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
Keep hair moisturized
Avoid excessive heat
Store properly when not in use
Treat the hair like your natural hair for the best results.
How many bundles do I need?
10”–16”: 2–3 bundles
18”–24”: 3 bundles
26”+: 4 bundles for a fuller look
